Pricing
Every Plezniq project is scoped in writing and quoted in USD. You approve the scope and pay a deposit before any work begins. The prices below are starting points. Your final quote depends on scope and is always confirmed in writing before you pay.

What affects your quote
- The number of channels and tools to connect, such as email, WhatsApp, calls, forms and your CRM.
- The number of automations, chatbots or voice agents.
- The amount of custom setup, testing and data migration.
- Third-party costs, such as CRM, WhatsApp or telephony subscriptions. These are paid by you directly to the provider and are not part of our fee.
How billing works
Consultation
The 30-minute strategy call is free and carries no obligation.
Written scope and quote
You receive the scope, timeline and price in writing.
Approval and deposit
Once you approve, we send an invoice for a deposit of 50% of the project price. Work starts after it is paid.
Milestone or final payment
The remaining balance is invoiced at the milestone or at launch, as stated in your quote. Larger projects can be split into milestones.
Support plans
Monthly plans are billed in advance each month and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
Payment methods
All invoices are in USD and are paid by credit card, debit card or bank payment through Stripe, or through PayPal. Payments are processed by these providers, and Plezniq LLC does not see or store your card details. You will receive a receipt for every payment, sent to the email on the invoice.
Pricing questions
Are there hidden fees?
No. Your written quote lists the full fee. The only extra costs are third-party subscriptions you pay directly to the provider.
Can I pay in installments?
Larger projects can be split into milestones. Each milestone is invoiced separately.
What if I need something that is not listed?
Book a consultation. We will scope it and quote it in writing.
Can I get a refund?
