Plezniq LLC designs and builds AI-powered business systems, including CRM setup, workflow automation, AI chatbots and voice agents, email marketing automation, and WhatsApp automation. The specific services, scope, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are set out in a written agreement.

Services are quoted and billed in USD under a written agreement. Payments are processed securely by Stripe / payment partner. Plezniq LLC does not store your card details.

Results vary by business and depend on many factors. Plezniq LLC does not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, or outcomes. We guarantee a clear plan, careful setup, and honest communication, and we build systems designed to improve speed, consistency, and follow-up.

Our systems use AI technology, which can make mistakes. We recommend human review for important customer communications.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for lawful use of the systems we build, including compliance with applicable messaging and data-protection laws. You must obtain any required consent before contacting individuals through the systems we set up.

Plezniq LLC is an independent company. Third-party names and logos, including WhatsApp, Meta, Google, and any software platforms we work with, belong to their respective owners, and their use does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plezniq LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
