Refund and Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an engagement by providing written notice. Cancellation terms, including any notice period and charges for work completed up to the cancellation date, are stated in your written agreement.

Refund eligibility depends on the service and the stage of work. Because our services involve custom design and setup, work already performed is generally non-refundable. Any refund you may be entitled to will be stated in your written agreement.

For ongoing or recurring services, you may cancel future billing by providing the notice stated in your agreement. Cancellation does not automatically refund fees already charged for the current billing period.
